    No, we generally do not use helium. However, it is available for special request. We create stunning air-filled balloon decorations, because they are longer-lasting and environmentally friendly.
  • When should I book balloon decorations in Calgary?
    We recommend booking your balloon decor 2-4 weeks before your event in Calgary, Cochrane, Canmore, or Banff-especially during busy seasons like summer or holidays. This ensures availability and gives us enough time for any custom designs you'd like.
  • Can I make last-minute orders?
    We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, but availability depends on our schedule. Rush fees may apply for urgent orders.
  • Can you create custom balloon designs?
    Absolutely! We love bringing your vision to life. Let us know your theme, colors, and any specific ideas, and we’ll create something unique for your event.
  • How do I place an order?
    You can place an order by contacting us through our website, Instagram, Facebook, or via email. We’ll discuss your event details, provide a quote, and confirm your booking.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due one day before delivery or installation.
  • Do you deliver balloon decorations in Calgary and nearby?
    Yes, we offer delivery and professional on-site setup in Calgary, Cochrane, Canmore, and Banff. Delivery fees depend on distance, and full set up time is included in your quote-so you can focus on enjoying your event, worry free.
  • Do you offer on-site setup for balloon decor?
    Absolutely! We offer on-site setup for larger balloon installations. Share your event details with us, and we'll make sure everything looks perfect for your special day.
  • How long do your balloon decorations last indoors and outdoors?
    Indoor balloon decorations can last several days to weeks, depending on the environment. Outdoor balloons are more sensitive to temperature changes and may last a few hours to a day.
  • Do balloons pop easily?
    While we use high-quality balloons, extreme heat, cold, sharp objects, and rough handling can cause them to pop or deflate. Please handle them with care!
  • Is it possible to have balloon decorations outdoors?
    Yes, you can have balloon decorations outdoors, but please note that weather conditions like wind, heat, and cold can impact their longevity. We'll give you the best advice for setting up balloons outside.
  • Do you use eco-friendly balloons?
    Yes, we do! At Orchid Balloon Boutique, we use 100% natural latex balloons that are biodegradable and made from the sap of rubber trees, which does not harm the trees. While foil (mylar) balloons are not biodegradable, they can be reused and repurposed. We always promote responsible balloon disposal to protect the environment.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    The 50% deposit is non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event may be non-refundable.
